Home Xpressions History
The Herzog family has vacationed in the Northwoods for the past 10 years and had always dreamed of owning and operating a business in the area. In 2006, they found the perfect business opportunity and became the owners of Home Xpressions in Minocqua, WI. In operation since 1997, Home Xpressions had an established client base that has grown exponentially through the efforts of the new owners, the Herzog family.
Home Xpressions originally had a discount center located a few miles south of the current store. In order to allow stronger focus on our clients, in 2009 an addition was constructed on our premesis to house an expanded discount center where customers can find quality items that are marked down.
Original Programs Developed
In 2011, Home Xpressions developed DesignConnect to establish working partnerships with select builders and realtors throughout the state of Wisconsin.
The Builder-Designer Connection: With DesignConnect, our experienced design team works directly with builders in guiding their clients through home design decisions. Our goal is to eliminate the guesswork and leave the clients feeling confident about their home decorating and design choices.
Professional Home Staging: The first impression is the key factor in selling any home. DesignConnect provides a partnership between our home design team and your real estate agent. Our home staging experts work directly with real estate agents in preparing your home for that noticeable first impression.
The future of our company:
Since 2006, Home Xpressions has more than doubled its client base developing solid working relationships with persons living throughout the Northwoods. We are currently expanding our client base to include persons living throughout the Midwest.
At Home Xpressions we are continuously updating our product lines with the latest trends to provide the most current products available. We are expanding our design services to be more involved in the complete design process. Home Xpressions is committed to being so much more than just a furniture store. We intend to continue providing our clients with quality products and exceptional interior design services.
